Currently, 17% of advisors affiliated with LPL are women and 52% of our 21-member Advisor Inclusion Council are women advisors. But we’re not stopping there.
We created the Women Financial Advisors Business Community to ensure women’s voices are heard and to provide a dedicated space to connect with peers, share ideas, and grow their practices. Since 2007, the LPL community of women financial advisors has grown from small-scale luncheons to a 3,000+ community of women financial advisors wanting to connect, share, and grow.
